What do we do?
We develop regenerative and anticancer therapies based on the transplant/transfer of new or modified mitochondria —, the cell's powerhouse —, using proprietary technology to rejuvenate and repair aged or damaged cells and tissues.
How do we do it?
We applied 12 years of research to develop our technology, identifying the best mitochondria to be modified and transferred to cells and tissues affected with disease, damage or aging (cancer, cardiovascular, wounds) by intravenous or in situ injection of mitochondria, using them as a therapeutic agent.
Why do we do it?
Dragon BioMed is the first center of Ecuador and Latin America dedicated to developing mitochondria as a living therapeutic agent to treat chronic diseases, cancer and tissue aging.
